Skin & Coat supports the skin function in cases of dermatosis and excessive hair loss. Furthermore, it enhances a beautiful, shiny and soft coat. And, the moulting period is quickened.
The extremely gentle and very complex manufacturing method of the multiply unsaturated fatty acids ensures the complete preservation and the direct availability of the Omega-3-, Omega-6- and Omega-9 fatty acids which the body so desperately requires whereby you can already see the first positive results after a supplementary feeding of approx. 3 – 4 days.
Essential fatty acids are absolutely necessary for healthy, intact skin and a shiny, thick, firm coat. A deficit of these fatty acids leads to various coat alterations such as dry, flaky skin, extreme hair loss and initiating itchiness for instance. In the further course inflammations can also occur.
The supplementary feeding of cold-pressed vegetable oils also to a high quality sole feed is reasonable in such a case because the instable fatty acid structures of the sole feed do not survive the manufacturing process unscathed. In Skin & Coat the desired fatty acid ratio is regulated by wisely combining three high grade components - African nut oil, wheat germ oil and linseed oil.
The recommended feeding duration is up to 2 months. The year-round daily application of Skin & Coat keeps the coat and the skin in ideal shape in the winter and particularly in the summer.
